Eldorado Casino I used the bathroom,and when I flushed their toilet,the handle,pinched the side of my hand,velow little finger,leaving a cery painful mark,like a blood blister under the skin.When I showed it to the OWNER GREG CARANO,he was not the least bit interested.. Reno Nevada
My appearance was not goid,as I had been cleaning all day,and decided ti go get my free play..He was rude,un concerned,and really quite an a**hole..The mark remained on my hand for nearly 3 weeks.These people are really ignorant.They rip people off on free olay..I purposely left 1.00on my catd,and the other day when I was in thete it was gone.When I asked about it,they told me they didnt know what I was talking about..Their staff is rude,their owner is a jerk,and the overall experience,is not goid.I wont go back.
Around October 1st,I had decided to take a break from cleaning,and painting,and only did my hair.I was wearing jeans..nothing too bad,but hardly classy. I went to Eldorado to get my free play.I had used the restroom,and when I flushed the toilet,my hand got caught,somehow,and my skin was pinched.It was extremely painful,and left a half inch purple blister on my hand,beneath my little finger..It hurt!! I showed it to an floor person,and he was the least bit concerned.Si as I was leaving,I saw the owner,Mr Carano,and showed him my hand.He had no reaction,looking at my appearance,and showed no concern.
I was still in pain.It really hurt,and I had a purple blister beneath my skin.I I really couldn't believe the lack of concern,not to mention I had just list 500.00 in their casino..I was very mad..Also,I purposely left 1.00 in free play on my card.If I go on line to their reward center,and check,it still says I have 1.00 in free play,however,when I was in there last week,I could not collect it.I asked them at their total reward center,and they said I was wrong,and had no free play!Total rip iffs!!Rude staff,rude owner..just a terrible,over rated place!!
