we were needing a vehicle well the one we got was a 2002 ford tarus worth 3200 and the loan was ten thousand when i asked her how much it was she said o i dont know as we were doing the paper work after sign most of them the bill of sale was the last one and had the price. we were charged three times what that car is worth.we will take them to court if we have to. cindy

The price is the amount that you negotiated, which you should confirm is the same amount noted on the sales invoice. If anything other than that occurred your brain may be running on only three cylinders.

Do you actually expect this individual to find the courthouse? Do you think this obvious illiterate individual has any clue as to what you're talking about?
Its incredibly amazing in this country there are people like this who cannot write a brief story using complete sentences, proper punctuation and without run-on sentences.
I'm sure your work history is so stellar, with all your ability to communicate and write, that you have tons and tons of money to "take them to court".

So, can you explain why you agreed to buy a $3,200 car for $10,000? If you actually do take them to court, you're going to have to explain that to the judge.

If you're doing the paperwork, it's very easy to tell how much they want for a car. The number should be right at the bottom of the sales contract that they wanted you to sign. Additionally, an answer of "I don't know" should have been a clear sign that you were being taken for a ride.

So, why did you sign it? By signing, you are agreeing to pay that price. Do you want to know what the car is really worth? To the dealer it was worth $10,000 because that is what you were willing to pay for it.

Best of luck. When you go to court, the seller will have all of the contracts showing that you freely agreed to pay $10,000 for the car. What will you be taking to court?
