Complaint Review: Eldorado Resorts Corp

This company is a scam and rip off. We already have a point system with Wyndam and can travel all over the USA on points. The told us they was the same way. It is not. We requested a time slot at the beginning of August and told us it was no problem. After closing called the company cause had more questions and was told that our time was in the middle of the month and I agrued no we were told beginning of August. If that wasnt bad enough, an employee stole my husband business debit card information and then had a hay day in the tune of $2800.00. We reported that and our bank was able to recover most of our stolen funds. I reported this to the company and asked that we be moved from that location and give us what exactly what we asked for. We got the run around and it has come to the point where they call us and are threatening, rude and very unprofessional. We have decided to stop paying on it and have retained an attorney. They lied, stolen and have scammed us. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. Stay clear of them.
