Eldorado Resorts Corporation I want to know how to get my timeshare cancel Nevada State Law require them to cancel the contract if you put it in writing 5 days after the date you sighed but they never recieved it because no one is there to receive it I don’t think it’s my fault if they aren’t doing their job. I bought a timeshare at The Grandview at Las Vegas through peer pressure from my wife and salespeople over the next 3 days I did some research and was not pleased with what I found so I wrote out a cancellation notice and mail it. within my 5 day window I sent it overnight and it got there at 10am the next morning and I check online to see if they’ve received it and find that no one was there to receive the paperwork.
so they’re delivering it tomorrow which will be too late to cancel I wonder if I get a lawyer will I have a case I sent it to the address that is with my paperwork at the time I signed I wanted to cancel my timeshare and the address on file isn’t a good one.

I did some calling and it got canceled. I found out that as long as it is mailed off within the cancel time frame it doesn’t matter when they receive it just provide them with the tracking number so they can verify the date you sent it.
Got a call from corporate still trying to sell me the timeshare with a 0% loan but it was almost 18% at first I declined it and told them just send my refund from my down payment.
