Elec n Elec #478 Rip Off for item I paid for and they sent me a defective product and advised me to contact the manufacturer. Internet

I purchased a wireless mouse for my computer.  Item shipped and it was received as defective.  I contact Elec n Elec and did not receive a response from them until 2 days later.  I learned at that time that they would not replace the item and expects me to return the item at my own expense and then they claim they will refund monies to me.

This is a rip off and should not be this way.  I repeatedly called their business only to get an answering machine every time which states they will call back within 24 hours.

Now they advise me to contact the manufactorer of the product.  How pathetic.  This "company" needs to be shut down immediately.

Customer purchased the Mouse and says it is not working, Our policy is to have the customer return the defective item to us and then once we verify that it is defective  we will refund her in full or we will send her another one out.  However she refuses to return it. 

We suggested to contact the manufacturer as they might be able to help her with any technical issues.  We apologize if you were offended by that suggestion
