Sells security cam systems with DVR's claiming easy two-step process of free lifetime eCloud access to cams with 24-hours support by phone

Most of time when trying to access the installed cams via the eCloud service on a pc or smart phone you only getr SERVER UNAVAILABLE.

Seller of system, support, said to use dynamic dns or port forwarding service, which cost money and when their ad to sell the system says SAY GOODBYE TO DDNS AND PORT FORWARDING

Sometimes, when trying to call support, the phone has a message that says the phone customer you are trying to call is unavailable and to leave a message...then it says the mailbox for the phone is full and cannot take messages.

They claim an unexpected rise is customer use and server load but this is a security system and there should be a decent server set up to allow them to stay ahead of the game and NOT let the customers security cam system become inaccessable.

This is a VERY unprofessional service and seller and ALL SHOULD BE AWARE of the problems they will experience when they buy from this seller
