I  worked as an election judge/ballot counter for the general election here in suburban Cook
county October 7, 2020 thru October 14, 2020. 5410 W. 34th street Cicero Illinois 60804. Under supervisors Christine, Twana, and Joanna. Cook county clerk Karen Yarbrough has personally passed out checks to employees who worked this assignment,  and I have yet to receive my pay from  a month ago.

Lets be thorough and specific so there are no excuses. First of all I begin calling and leaving voice messages and phone contact with  human resources  2 weeks ago : Samara Jamison 312-603-0916, Elonda Mcdonald 312-603-0915, Jackie Milendez 708-656-3600, ext. 201, 272, 227. Karen Yarbrough the website cookcountyclerk.com. I even reached out to Karen Yarbrough's social media page face book and instagram.

Before I go hard and make noise I make sure it is what it is. Their attitude and abrasiveness is totally unacceptable.  No one has reached out to me or responded to any of my calls. Judges were picked and assigned according to a particular party. In other words...if there were 25 judges there would have to be 12 republicans and 13 democrats ...or vice versa......I set in as a republican judge counting ballots. Before accepting this assignment I got a call from a lady by the name of Laura from Suburban cook county elections.

She questioned my credentials as to if I am just sitting in as a republican but actually voting for democrat. WHAT??? Are you asking me whom I am voting for? She stated no...I then asked ...what are you asking me...I am down for republican so what difference does it make. I am a citizen of the United States of America...I am entitled to vote for whomever I please. Of the people, for the people, by the people. I believe in a democracy and the majority vote will choose our president.

I don't get mad, upset, etc. because of who others vote for. Outlandish and reprehensible. Contradicting a system that people fought hard to overcome. Now the same people are doing the very same illegals that we were subject to many years ago. With this covid 19 and the  many hardships we all are facing how could anyone subject me to being delinquent with my bills and subsistent living. How can anyone call Donald Trump callous when they are doing the same thing they are accusing him of? For the record...I am a democrat but I vote for whom I believe the best candidate is in any office.

I don't vote because you are black, I don't vote because you are a woman, I don't vote for you because you are gay, etc. I vote for a person because of  the policies he or she  stands for, and the policies I believe in. Being a patriot of this great country I respect with totality the monument before us. President Biden is the President of the United States of America. Just like, Bush, Reagan, etc. I stood behind them because I am an American whether I voted for them or not. Because of this episode I am enduring with the Cook county Clerks office Karen Yarbrough I will make some noise.

You see....You are held accountable and you are responsible for the people who work for you. You have a sworn obligation to uphold the law and do things with integrity and not sentiment. When you drop the ball you subject yourself to lawsuits and everything else. Low and behold God forbid "Donald Trump" gets wind of the shady dealings going on here. Thank you for reading ...have a great day!!!

The triple "R" Redundant Robert beyond repair!!!

You are once again proving to be the person I described in the latter. Someone looking for error instead of using common sense. Maybe you should read over my complaint and the replies I made to your rebuttals. For the third time. I never selected "REPUBLICAN" party. When I signed up for an election judge this was done on line. As a matter or fact...I did not sign up for Suburban Cook County. The automated system generated this information and would not allow me to edit the information. I'm sure I could have if I had went out on a limb; however, I did not feel it necessary because it did not make a difference. If it had made a difference the system would have ask me other questions, sworn me in, signiture to verify, etc. You are a troll and a lonely idiot. Just as I stated before, you are the same person talking all this crap years ago. I told you about others who have similar complaints and you are still going on and on. Its not about the truth with you. Its not about right or wrong with you. Your ego is bruised now. I have a reason for complaining. I have a reason to feel the way I do. But what motivates you to keep sending rebuttals that do not make sense. You have never been an election judge or anything relevant, if you did or had been you would understand and comprehend everything I type. You are a disservice to all who come here for support. You have a damaged cursed spirit. And because of this you will have no good fortune. Finally, as I stated previously, people come here because they have been wronged. Doesn't matter if they were on the wrong  side of the street. They had their shoes unlaced.  They left their wallet at home. People come here for advice, support, and motivation. You are really a terrible person. Good luck with whatever is going on in your miserable life..

The question simply ask "what party "? And you check a box. (Republican or democrat) There is no sworn oath or duties
- If you go back and read what I stated you will notice I said IF you had to declare under perjury, I didn't say you did.  But the fact is that you by your own narrative you went in as a Republican even though you are a Democrat. Nothing else needs to be said about your "RipOFf".

As for everyone else you say has a problem. Perhaps you should have them post their own RipOff, they may have a valid RipOff. Especially if they didn't lie to be able to sit on a board.

Thank you Robert once again for your pattern of deception.   Your rebuttals  give me the chance to expound even more. You continuously say things in reference to doing research. Maybe you should do some research in this area. Lets respond to your remark about ballot counting. I never said any misdeeds concerning ballot counting so what are you saying Robert? Secondly, when signing up for election judge there is no application or questionaire when stating what party a indivdual is candidate for.

The question simply ask "what party "? And you check a box. (Republican or democrat) There is no sworn oath or duties. You are confused by the dichotomy and the unwarranted values you live by. If things were as you say, consider the primary election. When a voter comes in, we as an election judge ask the question according to the way the system is set up "What party are you voting for"? Some of the voters feel offended, etc. because of this question. What the voter does not understand is...the system will not allow the election judge to go further without checking a box.

Also..do you actually think each voter is being honest about what party he or she is voting for?  The paradox is obvious and if you were an election judge you would know these things as well. Your focus is in the wrong area. You stated something about the law and whats right and wrong. I agree with you totally. So what are you talking about? My complaint is not isolated. Many others who worked in Suburban Cook county as ballot counters were bamboozled and hoodwinked as well. People were not paid for days they worked. Illegal deductions from their checks, etc. A conglomerate of people with consistent issues describing the same detailed error. And you are sending me rebuttals about something you have not looked into.

Instead of blowing hot air and going on and on about right and wrong. Whats legal and whats not. Why don't you follow the information and see where it takes you. You have the Cook county clerks name Karen Yarbrough. You have the days the incident occurred. You have the address. As you type...you really think you know what your'e talking about. But you don't.  Your attitude and behavior is obviate, disdainful, and unreliable. You may mean well. I don't know. However, you should really do your research before making outrageous statements and rebuttals. Have a great day Robert.

Not sure what report you are talking about from years ago. I tried to search for it and while I found several from you I didn't see any that I had commented on. But if there was one then not only do I bet I was right, but I was consistant in what I stated. As for this one,  thank you for proving that I hit the nail on the head. None of your posts here did anything to dispute what I stated, instead you went to the typical diversion tactict.

While I am really glad you think you know how I would handle particular situations, your attempt at a comparison is quite laughable and inaccurate. If you are so concerned about being legalistic, aren't you supposed to do everything "by the book" when you are counting ballots? What circumstance would you be a bit lienient in the duty you were supposed to perform. There isn't much grey area here, and how exactly can someone be trusted when they lied to get onto a board?

Of course no one knows everything. But when you make a false claim as to how the President is elected, you are going to be corrected. If not by me this time, by someone else at another time. The difference is that I actually told you what you should research. If you do that at least yo will have learned something you didn't know before. If you have such a closed mind that you refuse to do that then I truly do pitty you.

Oh and since you asked. Yes, I actually have worked in this role.  I spent several shifts in the last week doing just that.  I actually suggest everyone do it if they get a chance as it is quite an educational experience.  But contrary to you I didn't do it for pay as for me it was 100% voluntary and unpaid.

I can now elaborate in response to ROBERT TROLL

I am writing for the consumer. To encourage you. To motivate you. Always find a vehicle to let someone know when others have wronged you. Be detailed and descriptive. The more you say the more transparent things will become. The truth is sometimes understood in composition, and can not be denied. This guy Robert is deceptive and a narcissist. He's baffled by the intricates of life. We are not all Harvard graduates in law. And because we do not understand the technicalities of law, we should not be subject to the ill wills generated by  crooks whom live by the realms of those whom are naive.

Robert is so politically correct. He's looking for misspelled words. Pronounciations, meanings, etc. For instance, Robert can be driving in a car with his wife and kids  and come upon a red light. A bull dozer is coming towards  his car in full speed and  because the brakes went out and because the light is red Robert will sit there and die with his family in the car. Another example,  Robert could be walking and see a 6 year old child about to walk into the middle of the street and a car can be coming 50 feet away and instead of Robert running over to recue the child he would ask "where are the parents"? "He would also say "I can't cross the middle of the street, that's J walking"?

No intuitive concept about life whatsoever. In summation...we come here because we have been done wrong. If the facts are true, how can anyone contest anything without evidence. If anything appears to be a lie, its only because of the lack of perception by the reader. Everybody does not need everything written on there forehead. Years ago this guy Robert almost made me forget about my case, stuck my tail, and accept the humilation. My conscious, the magnitude, and those who listened to my issue with an impartial ear motivated me  to go further. And in each case I WON.

The system, Judges, etc. understand that we are not law savvy and there are always someone out here to assist you. Do not be deterred. Speak up and share your experiences and victories. Thank you for reading. Have a great day!!!

Ridiculous Robert once again

Its obvious that you have never worked as an election judge before. Or have you Robert? Do share...Maybe you need to go back and read the constitution. I never put down for the republican party. There was an error in there system years ago in suburban cook county. It doesn't matter. Being a judge has nothing to with whom I am voting for.

Before election and taking the oath says nothing about which party we are serving. Nevertheless, I said what I said and I can say more but I am not going to entertain you. You have a great day Robert troll. Its obvious that ripp off report and others find my information creditable....

You first stated...

I set in as a republican judge counting ballots.

Then you stated...

For the record...I am a democrat but I vote for whom I believe the best candidate is in any office.

This isn't about who you voted for, this is about your lie to be able to sit on a board. If at anytime you had to attest or ceritfy under penalty of Perjury that you are a Registered Republican(or words to that affect), you will likely never see a dime, and possibly be charged criminally.

I don't vote because you are black, I don't vote because you are a woman, I don't vote for you because you are gay, etc. I vote for a person because of the policies he or she stands for, and the policies I believe in.
- Do those policies that they stand for need to include being truthful?

Because of this episode I am enduring with the Cook county Clerks office Karen Yarbrough I will make some noise.
- I hope you do. Especially when you get to the part of your story you told them you were a Republican when in fact you were a Democrat.

I believe in a democracy and the majority vote will choose our president.
- Sadly you are just showing the extent of your lack of understanding of our Government. If you do one thing...go read some Constitutional history and try to learn about the Electoral College and it's purpose.

In the end I really hope you are just some Troll, but sadly this is the attitude of many people in the US today...and the real sad part is that they don't even see the problem with this.  Because if you did, you would not have posted this.
