Complaint Review: Electra Accessories

A scooter was purchased for my daughter from pep boys by my mother. The scooter did not work right from the get go/ would charge and it would move by itself and when takin off of charger would not go at all. pepboys woul;d not take back said to contact electra. I did. they sai it was a control panel problem and throttle problem where to send out replacement parts. they sent the wrong parts. then told me to send back and they would sent the right ones. sent back and never wqas able to get my parts nor contact. filed a report with the BBB. this was several years ago. i still have this scotter and have had no luck getting repaired.
