Electra Auto Sales Sold a pretty lemon Johnston Rhode Island
I purchased a 05 Chrysler Pacifica limited in 08. Sales Rep.I don t have his name on hand . Well I seen a car that was pretty and mind you I am looking for my classy family size last car to purchase and customize to me. Needless to say there was an issue with approval but he ended up sending me to bank to whom he had a personal contact person and calling in a favor to get this expenisive car sold. There were a few items that held up the taking home of it. After all resolved , after buying a car I fell in love with since 2008 the repair cost and purchase price thus far and repair bills in which I am not finished adding is at $26,692.95 that is obsurd , and the car still has issues ,
after a car accident recently and the airbags did not deploy the curious and frustrated me seeing is more dollar signs spent, I called Chrysler spoke to someone there , she told me "per enginerering department speed is not a factor where you are hit is, the statement I know Idont understand it either " wrong answer for someone like myself so 60 miles and hour can hit but point depending it may or maynot go off. I say car companies should put a warning out as cigarettes , liquer,baby crib anything else a consumer invests there money into a purchase especially safety.
Notice to all should state just that purchasing this vehicle comes with the disclosure upon accident there is not a guarantee air bag will deploy. That is not a satisfactory answer for some like myself . And everything I read on different websites seems to be true I have electrical problems stil to address, brakes used to stick, I have had 5 sets of brakes in a year. I wish someone would see my file and mechanic ripoff too chain company embezzled my repair money so the repairs were not proper. Nightmare I am going to fight for satisfactory resolution in this matter. My family has been in danger or car would shift into nuetral on its own. Some say get rid of it There is nothing else on the market Iike and all the money invested I am afraid of any other purchase ,,,Help..
