 On 11/28/2016 I orderes a purple hoverboard from this company. On 11/29/2016, I received an email that my order was being processed and I would receive another email with shipping and tracking info once the hoverboard was ready to be shipped. On 12/5/2016 this company charged my debit card and took the money from my account and I never received any additional correspondence. By 12/7/2016 I tried contacting the company by email and numerous phone calls to check on my status and after never receiving any info on 12/10/2016, I requested a refund. Company never responded and abruptly shut down. I contacted my bank to file a dispute which was approved. Well now on 3/17/2017 my bank reversed the charges saying that the received information from the company that they sent out and delivered the hoverboard! I have never received the hoverboard nor have I been refunded for the amount of $199.99. I think a class action lawsuit should be started against this company due to all the consumers they have ripped off. Searching the Internet, they have scammed 100's of people. Thank you, Sherri L
