BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE, I ORDERED A PART FROM THEM THEY GAVE ME ONE PRICE, THEN AFTER I GAVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD INFO , I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT A DAY LATER ONLY TO FIND THAT IT WAS ALMOST DOUBLE THEN WHAT THEY HAD TOLD ME. I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN E MAIL CONFIRMING MY ORDER, (LIKE MOST LEGITIMATE COMPANIES DO) !!! WHEN I CALLED THEM TO ASK WHY , THEY TOLD ME "OH WE ARE SORRY BUT YOUR ORDER IS ALREADY ON ITS WAY" WHEN I SAID I WANTED TO CANCEL THE ORDER THEY SAID " HOW ABOUT WE SPLIT IT WITH YOU" YEA RIGHT LIKE I WANT TO SPLIT SOMETHING THAT YOU OVER CHARGED ME FOR FROM THE BEGINNING. NOT VERY HONEST OF A COMPANY SO I WOULD BEWARE IF I WERE YOU.

I first would like to apologize for this inconveince but I assure you that must have misunderstand whom ever you had spoke with. Also if you purchased the item on are online store there is no way possible that a different amount would have been charged then what showed up on the screen when they checked out. If the customer would like to contact Electric-Life Inc. Again i would be glad to look over the situation and make this right.
I would also like to make sure that what the customer originally called for wasnt changed by the cutstomer. I have many customer that upgrade in the myst of an order or they speak to a distirbutor and get a strange price and blame us for the mix up.
Like i said if the customer that posted this would like to speak with ELI directly please have them call us.
