We placed an order Nurit 8000 wireless with Electric Money Store in 2/08 using AMEX and it's not working - our merchant sim card and data can't be downloaded to the machine so we returned it back RMA # 5260 to Electric Money Store Returns Art 10849 Kinghurst Dr. Suite 135 Houston, TX 77099.

After sending back the machine via USPS, they didn't refund my money back to my credit card or send me any replacement Nurit 8000 wireless. I later find out that this vendor only offers store credit only so the only thing, I can expect is to receive a working credit card machine.

I keep emailing the vendor since 3/22 and I still have copies every email I sent them and every email from them - most of the time, the response I receive is the tracking email response.

I contacted the AMEX and they tried to solve the problem with the vendor. AMEX has advised the vendor to send us the merchandise back. However, I still haven't received the merchandise.

I also reported this to BBB and BBB was able to receive a response from them. They are requesting additional $65.00 for a bench charge since the manufacture found no problem with the terminal.

Should not the vendor tell me about this directly by responding to my email correspondence instead of waiting from the BBB requesting it? This vendor is playing a game that rip me off.

If they had informed me about the charge before I start contacting AMEX or BBB, I would be gladly to authorize the additional charge (they have my credit card number AMEX on file). However, at this point, I don't think I can trust this vendor. I believe even after I pay the $65.00, I would still receive no merchandise.
