Jim Ettinger wrote a Rip-off Report about Mark Hakim and United Legal Recovery Services (Rip-off Report #654521) Electric Regulator hired Mark Hakim's collection agency to collect a $7500 debt. Mark Hakim was collecting the money but was not paying Electric Regulator. I hired another collection agency named "The Collection Law Group" to collect from Mr. Hakim. Mark Hakim was making payments, on February 3, 2011 I received a telephone call from "The Collection Law Group" reporting that Mark Hakim is very upset about the Rip-off Report I wrote and is now refusing to make further payments.
