Electrical Innovations ripoff Lousy communication and service overcharge for items not complete and not working Burlington Iowa
Beware of this company. Electricians are inexperienced and very poor. Many issues with quality of work, incomplete work and overcharges. Definitely don't have them do finish work as they damaged items.
Owner does not communicate. Homeowner had to provide punch lists as workers came unprepared without needed materials to complete the job.
Company demanded remainder of pay minus 5% before work was completed. Work is still not satisfactory or complete, yet we paid for all that is complete and working in full, and Electrical Innovations turned us over to a collection agency. Work began Sept. 06...last time EI here April 07...turned over to collection May 07.
Unfair that a company like this can affect our credit when they have no credibility. I want to make sure everyone knows to avoid this electrical contractor.
