Complaint Review: Electro-Bake

I dropped my car off to be painted and noticed the fenced in area and explained I needed it secure because of wheels and stereo equipment. I wanted them to be aware of the 20" chrome wheels.

Upon picking up the car and examining the work, I noticed they had paint all over the wheels. Upon questioning this Pops immediately launched into a profanity laced tirade about telling him how to paint. Well, obviously any moron that ruins $1500 worth of chrome to do a $300 paint job needs somebody to tell him how.

He promptly tells me, "everybody knows when you paint a car that paint gets all over everything". DUH! Thats why you cover things up, isn't it? Did you ever think of telling the customer that we're really lousy painters and if you don't want your wheels painted you'll need to take them off? That made him hit the fan. More profanity, something about low intelligence people and "I'm not doin nuthin, clean those #%@$%^#$ wheels yourself. Get out of here. Maybe thats why their policy is no checks or credit cards. I guess its easier to steal your cash.
I'm taking legal action in small claims, but please don't let these people paint your car or you will be SORRY, believe me!
