okay i bought a garmin nuvi 750 2yrs ago with a safco 5yr extended warranty ....the second week of nov,2010 the unit no longer would keep charge / nor would it charge i called safco they had me send unit in said they will try and fix first if couldnt would send new unit...so several days after sending unit in i call 2 check on status said they orderd parts and were waiting on them...gave a few more days and called again said couldnt fix it ........,soooo they sent unit 2 garmin?hmmmm weird cause i have copy of warranty gaurntee that states if cant fix would send new latest model...called safco and garmin back and fourth all day i couldnt find rma number said thats the only way 2 track unit...so i finally found that number and had no such number in database.....emailed manager for safco he said please email tracking number so we can be sure we recived unit.....youve got 2 be @%^&*$!(&% kidding me ...o also said( as the rep informed you they were looking at someone elses info the whole time)....what a joke never happend well lucky i got confi on package cause they did recieve it.....so im calling them 2morrow...12/20/2010...and they better be sending me unit or takin legal action!
