I purchased a new refridgirator. it had a year warrinty. 10 months into the contract the refridgidator stopped working. water is running on by brand new wood floors. 2 months before this I had purachased and extended warrinty. I called as instructed, since this was sunday night I only got the answering machine. I was given a choice of 3 numbers. so I started at the top. the following morning I called again the same number and the sales person asked what was my contract # I told her I didn't know but I'm sure you can find it in the computor. she said that not going to do her any ood. I hung up called the next #. and then the 3 number.

About eleven am someone called and asked rudly is a refrigirator was broken, I asked him whart company he was calling from and he said gods company, I said excuse me , he said you are not going to get your refrigirator fixed 45 to fifty calls that I had to pay for, man finallyu showed up at my home and said the compresssor was broken, he had to order parts, 1 week later, he comes and repairs the unit, my floors had buckled from the water the smell from the rotening food and water was awful. I jst recieved a letter from them saying they were not going to pay/my reinbusrsment. because I didn't follow the instructions. the repair man told me the compressor had to be replaced. etc this was a long line of phone calls for assistance ,I never recieve3d anything but a bunch of crap from this company, and the sent m,e anoter exted warrinty form to sign for more
