Electrolux ,Frigidare I purchased a Built in Oven and warranty and they refuse it fix the product claim its consumer abuse Augusta Georgia
I purchased a Frigidaire stove from Grants Appliance, Orland Park, Il. I also had a Warranty with (Federal Warranty Service Company). I was cooking food in my oven and when I tried to open my oven door and it was frozen stuck, I had to use a little force to open it and when I did the hinge came away from the frame. They are telling me that it was my fault and that it is consumer abuse. The oven is 1 year and 2 months. I am a very unhappy customer and hope that you can help.
