We purchased this $3000 + range from Sears this past Feb it has been nothing but problems the top was warped and Sears tried to get it to fit by shaving off bits of it inside..   the tech scratched the finish Stainless steel and then told me it doesn't matter because it will get scratched anyway..imagine. Now after excepting this range (not perfect) the oven has decided to quit (not heating) I have to deal with someone in India to book an appointment ..she is more concerned with selling me on a sears mastercard (I have one already) then wants a credit card authorization in case it is something not covered..I don't think so. They will come next week to diagnose the problem, order parts, wait for parts then re book for the repair..I wonder if I'll have my oven back by the end of summer?  It doesn't matter what you spend nothing seems to work well and the service is terrible when you do have a problem. Electrolux should replace my range enough is enough!
