In todays economy major purchases are made with great care. When a REBATE is offered and its value is 10% or more, then you would think that those purchasing would make sure that it was legit just like i did.
After verifying that the REBATE was as stated i did purchase the washer and dryer and diligently filled out the REBATE and sent it
in.
To my disbelief i then received an email telling me that i was unqualified, I called in to find out why that was so determined, and their answer to me was to go and "POUND SAND" or to "RUN IN CIRCLES".
in short if there is any one out there who is thinking of Electrolux as a possible purchase i can tell you that you are most definitely
going to be EXTREMELY disappointment every time you need the most basic service and answers.
TRY anything else for your peace of mind.
you will thank me.
