Dear Sirs: On 2/10/2008 I received an e-mail message from Pogo saying I was a winner and congratulations. I received a prize code and promptly did everything that they said to do. Then on 2/21/2008 I received another e-mail saying they audited my account and I committed a violation using an automated device on my computer and that my so-called $50 daily prize had been forfeited. I had no idea what they were talking about and said so in my answer to them. They accused my of cheating!! I wrote back saying shame on you for accusing someone of cheating. I have been reading about EA and Pogo on the Ripoff Reports and am appalled at all of the prizes that were not paid off. I wanted to speak to a "real" person to collect my prize. Of course they came back with "I understand you wish to speak to someone on the phone regarding this issue. However, at this time we only offer prize support through our online customer support site." I answered them today 2/27/2008 saying that I wasn't going away. I would like my $50 prize. I don't know anything about the workings of a computer. I just wanted to play some games and have a chance to maybe win some money. I am retired (64) and a christian woman who has never cheated on anyting my whole life. I am deeply saddened and hurt by their accusations. Can you please help me regain my good name and also my prize. Sincerely

Mary
