I Placed an order for a 10' tablet through Sears on December 19th. Sears contracts with ElectronicDealz.com. I received notice from Sears that the order shipped December 18th. When the item was not delivered on December 20th and the tracking number provided was not recognized by the USPS I contacted Sears.

Sears said they would trace the order and refered me to Electronic Dealz. Electronic Dealz would not accept telephone calls but they gave me an e-mail address to send my inquiry to and they would reply in 24-48 hours. On December 31st I received an e-mail from Electronic Dealz saying that they "encountered delays", would ship the tablet on the third week of January and would send ne a tablet sleve tor the inconvenience.

I Contacted Sears to check on the status of the order on January 10th and was informed that the order was canceled by Electronic Deals on January 08th! No reason was given, No substitution was offered.  and MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED.

This tablet was a Christmas gift. I paid additional shipping to have it delivered before the holiday. Electronic Dealz and Sears gave every indication that the item shipped. If I would have known that Sears/Electronic Dealz advertised a sale price on an item that they could not provide i would have gone elsewhere. And I will in Future.

 Abysmal customer service, unacceptable communication!

PS: I see that Electronic Dealz still shows this item on their web page for sale. I hope that no other customers fall for this.

This tablet is certainly a cheap no-name knockoff with an old Android system that would crawl like a turtle, if it connected to your wi-fi at all.

That said, letting such a clip joint sell on their site is just another reason why Sears is headed for the dustbin of history.
