Electronic Dept.Store I bought a new xbox 360 from them..I paid 150 for it..an,it's broken..it won't let me play any games or go online or anything..an he's refusing to give me a refund..he jipped me out my money Orange New Jersey

I bought a brand new xbox from the company for $150.00,when I was buying it from them..they refuse to hook it up to show me if it worked or not,as if they new they was selling a broken one to me..it won't let me go online,play games or anything..an,their refusing to give me a refund..they jipped me out my money
