Garrett Poelman begins the interview with "saw your credientials thought you would be a good fit". We talk for a few minutes. Then I offer him a chance to look at some work I have done, which by the way is protected by U.S. Trademark. I offer him the ability to use a flash drive on his P.C. or use my notebook to view some source code as an example of my writing technique.

He accepts my flash drive. After having some difficulties plugging the flash drive into his USB port, I instruct him to the PHP core files of the software I wrote named Siteomi(R) - Online Media Interface(TM). I then proceed to sit down. I in turn get back up and start around his side of the desk. I saw him highlight, copy then paste some of my protected source code onto another one of his three screens.

He then proceeds to tell me that I did not have the "formal training" that they would like and that I would not "fit in" to his company. I firmly believe that I was indeed "ripped off".

My resume that he received from SOS Technical Staffing that he received (I assume) via email, that he then printed and held in his hand while I waited would have told him that I did not have any "formal training" .. why did (they) agree to the interview in the first place?
