After purchasing a business I assumed the credit card processing service and it took more than two months to get the account put in my name. During that time all of the credit card money was going into the account of the previous owner. Since that time we have had nothing but problems with this company and their equipment.

We have had three different credit card processing machines that do not process credit card correctly and customer service has no way to fix this. When we call technical support their only advice is to restart the system. As a result of this companies incompetence we have lost a significant amount of money through man hours on the phone with technical support, man hours trying to process credit cards and have lost several customers who cannot afford to wait for the credit card machine to work.

The company is downright disgusting. Their fees are significantly higher than the competitors and the POS is limited to what it can do as compared to other systems.
