EMS caught in another Lie

#4UPDATE EX-employee responds

The employee which was probably corporate stated "We have an extensive screening process and an individual such as this would never pass." this is completely false. EMS corporate out of Cleveland has hired numerous people that have been convicted of crimes. A few months back they hired a guy in Chicago just out of prison. The Regional Vice President over Florida, Chicago and Atlanta can be seen here http://florida.arrests.org/Arrests/William_Doran_1326464/

This company has been involved in deceptive business practices for years. There is no back ground check or screening done. They did not call not one of my references or former employers when they hired me. They will pressure you into signing the contract right away based on trust. When you read the contract after the EMS employee bolts out with your signature and is tweeting how he ripped you off to the company you will find your paying more than you were and locked into a lease for equipment for 4 years. When you figure out the lease you will be paying thousands for equipment that you can buy online for as low as $100. In the contract you sign a personal guarantee and they have your checking account number. Your account will be debited and they will sue if you do not fulfill the agreement.

Electronic Merchant systems/Francis David corporation has to be the most unethical company out there. If you work for them get out as soon as you can. You will have people you signed up hating you. EMS will play games with your pay. I'm still owed a considerable amount of money from them. I have a case against them for unpaid wages. Find a company you can hold your head up and be proud to work for. If you are a vendor tell any EMS employee to leave or hang up on them when called. Your business will be much better without them. Part of the sales pitch is "we are the largest privately held credit card processor out there." "We have been in business since 1987" "We have over 25.000 customers" First off you have no way of knowing if they are the largest which btw they are not. Think about it, they have been in business for 25 years as claimed and have 25,000 customers as claimed... That's only 1000 customers per year!!!!! That speaks volumes with Corporate offices in Phoenix, Chicago, Atlanta, Tampa, Pittsburgh, and Cleveland. Then factor in the EMS agencies that are EMS sponsored around the country.... Stay away!,

David Pierleoni who is listed in the April 8, 2010 issue of the Gates Messenger Post article: http://www.gateschilipost.com/yournews/x1031048137/Drug-related-arrests-made-in-Gates
has never been an employee or representative of Electronic Merchant Systems New York and why he is being associated with us is uncomprehendable. We have an extensive screening process and an individual such as this would never pass.
