Complaint Review: Electronics number one

Electronics number one After adding wrong part to my 50" tv and added right one and charging 300 original problem was fixed. As he was here remote all of a sudden stopped working. Internet

Was working before he started fixing. Tech said he had to get code to reprogram remote and would be back. 3 weeks later still no word and no response to phone messages. I paid 300 cash (big mistake and feel some compensation is due Boca raton). Now I have to unplug and plug in my tv to turn on.

Cannot access anything else i.e. Source. Netflix color. Only on and off by hand. Remote was working fine till original problem was fixed after $300 My tv is 50" smart tv. Tech was supposed to come back and fix said he knew the problem. 3 weeks later and many phone call messages haven't heard or seen. Believe some compensation is due. Company total garbage.
