Complaint Review: Electrotoysdepot

On February 27,2008, I ordered a Wii 39 game bundle for my grandchildren with 3-7 days shipping. After ordering, and noticing that there was only a fax number to communicate with electrotoysdepot.com., I knew that there would probably be a problem.

Too late, the money was withdrawn immediately before I could stop payment. I immediately tried emailing them and my email was returned stating that the address was invalid. Continued to check the order status and it said shipping.

Thursday, March 6, I called my bank, they stated there was nothing they could do. I tried contacting the company with the information that the bank gave me and the company was closed and call them back later. I'm sick and don't know where to turn.

I work hard for my money and can't stand the thought that I've been ripped off.
