Electrotoysdepot.com ,Bluebeartoys Did I get had? Internet
I ordered a 26" LCD HDTV from elcetrotoysdepot.com on Feb 22nd. They charged my account on feb 25th. I knew it would take some time because I am currently in Afghanistan serving in the Army. However after two weeks and have not received anything, I checked the website. Originally it said will ship as the status. Now it says the website is under construction and not to email that company. My emails were returned as an invalid address.
I did some research and seen others on here with almost the same story. The charge on my credit card was from bluebeartoys. I checked them out and I get the same thing, website under construction. I called my bank and they will dispute the charges, but they said they have a number for the company. It is 1-866-669-8676. I tried to call them and it said, " Please call back within business hours". It does not tell you what is business hours and they do not even give their name or let you leave a message.
Anyone have any luck let me know. I am disputing the charges and getting my money back. Bank of America is a good company for that, they automatcially give me the money back right away and then they do their investigation.
