Electrozone Misrepresents their products and are very rude to their customers Las Vegas Nevada

I ordered and Sharp LC52SE94U on March 31, 2009. I was told by Derek that they had an "upgraded" model LC52SE94UPK that was much better. Of course it was more $'s, but I went ahead and ordered it. I received the TV and set it up that night. It was damaged right from the time I turned it on. When I called the next day, I was told by Luis that basically they could not help me. I had to deal with the Mfg. Even if you buy from "Best Buy" you have to deal with the Mfg, I was told. I could understand that if I had the TV for several weeks, but I just got it and couldn't even use it. But I called Sharp and sent them pics and they told me it was a cracked panel and that wasn't covered under warranty. In the mean time, I had already recvd my credit card bill. I went ahead and disputed the charges with them. I could tell already it was going to be trouble.

When ELectrozone found out, the "you know what" hit the fan. Luis called me. I tried to explain why I did what I did but he wouldn't even let me talk. He yelled at me continually and finally said that he didn't want to talk to me any more. I did it the wrong way, he said. He told me to call him back on Monday.

Well I did and he was still so angry and yelling at me, I finally told him to just give me a RA # and I will ship it back. He finally said that he would file a claim with the trk. com who shipped it. He talked to my husband and it was the same. He told my husband that he would send a truck to pick it up. Well this has been a real mess from the beggining. First, they sold me a TV that doesn't even exsist, at least with Sharp it doesn't. They shipped me the one I origanally wanted to buy. And of course charged for the "upgraded" model. I was told this was all my fault. I have never been talked to so rudely by a salesman before in my life. They lied to my cc comp, said I never asked for a RA #. Had to disputed the charges twice. THis is finally settled, as of today. Trucking comp had to pay for the TV and I have to destroy it. What a nightmare this has been. Please be careful doing business with these people unless you want to be treated like a piece of dirt.
