Elegant Concierge Services Took our money from our credit card before we can review their services Arizona Scottsdale
We signed on to this travel club for $5,000. They took our money before they gave us log in and password. They said we had 5 business days to cancel. Didnt get info until 6th business day. We have been trying to cancel since august 20, 2018. Hired a lawyer and the demand letter for payment came back. Lawyer called manager of building they gave us. There is no such company there listed. What they showed us at the seminar is not what we seen on their website. When i called to try and talk to someone she screamed and yelled at me. We called our credit card to fight this to no avail. They lied and deceived us and took our money! There's got to be more people in Bakersfield that this has happened to.
