Elegant Imports Paid For New... Received Used Pompano Ripoff Beach Florida
I went to Elegant Imports in December of 2005 to purchanse a Bedroom set & King size mattress set. I was assured that the furnishings would arrive the weekend of December 17th. However the items did not arrive for 6 weeks. Upon arrival I realized that the items delivered were used. The furniture was chipped, the color distorted, and the mattress set was sunken. When I contacted the store I spoke with the sales person Ms. Gilda Saunders, whom assisted me with the sale. When I received no assistance from Ms. Saunders I contacted the manager Mr. Bruce Bauer. And after giving time for resolve... NOTHING! After trying for the remainder of December & the beginning of January with no resolve the companies phone service was disconnected. I then went to the company at 2400 W. Copans Rd. #10, Pompano Beach, FL 33064, only to discover that the company had closed with no forwarding address.
