Complaint Review: Elegant Urns

I wanted to make a purchase of an urn for a family memeber that just passed away. I got all the way through the ordering and was about to submit my order when I decided that I needed to ask a queston first. I called the contact number over a 4 hour period and it went to a personal mailbox each time, but it did not give a company name. I left a message with my name and number. I also sent an email. I never got a phone call and my email came back as unreachable. I am watching my credit card account to be sure that I wasn't billed anyway. I would never trust this company with an order. I did get an urn ordered from another company that did answer the phone and according to my fedex tracking number, it should be delivered today or tomorrow.
