Complaint Review: ELEMENT TELECOM

Elememt Telecom location manger is Fabian Lincoln, the floor manger is Vickie o'neal and person over both is john Ashton. John has convictions for theft greater than 5000.00 on orlando florida in orange county, Fabian is a drunk driver and vicikie has a telemarketing license expired from the timeshares. They promise wages they don't pay.  They hire you at a high per hour rate then in the middle of a campain drops it to 8.00 whick is illegal. 

There company is not licensed in florida to telemarket anything inbound or outbound, but all is outbound calls. If they decide to pay you, your check will be short and if you ask them fabian fakes a call to john and says he working on it and he isn't.  I know I was with them for months.  They carry over what they owe you knowing you won't get paid.  The president of the company is nickolas Lopez whom is 24 and on probaion in seminole county for drinking offense, and his father is Darrell lopez who has an open case as of this date May 1,2013 in semimole clerk court under civil from 2010.

Darrell is fully aware that over 10 employees hasn't been paid and promised checks but no checks has come. Someone Element made a deposit on monday, promised check in the mail, and for the checks that bounce from pay day two weeks before was at the bank the account didn't have the funds to cover a 300.00 check.  They do take out employee taxes for the ones they pay, but they haven't/dont send or report to irs. nor do they report employment to unemployment, which means after you have worked and don't get paid and they close and or fire u and you apply for unemployment, there is not record and you must prove you worked there. 

They do not answer there cell phone once they owe you wages.  They act as if they are above paying employees, but they aren't.  keep up with this post because they have a rude awaking awaiting them.. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I KNOW JOB ARE HARD TO GET, BUT ITS EASIER TO SPEND THE TIME LOOKING FOR A JOB TO HIRE THAT WILL PAY YOU THEN WORK FOR A COMPANY THAT KNOWS THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU.

Vickie, will say one thing and change it and swear she didn't say it. She is dishonest and the lack of a florida police record doesn't make her trustable or honest.  I know. She spends her free time in drug meetings and church because she knows her soul and need.
