I ordered AVG antivirus 0.8 thru add on internet, paid for it thru Paypal, and they sent me a place to download the program. It took 8 hrs to do so but it did not work on my pc. I was supposed to get a CD thru the mail and i have contacted Element 5 and they said that the publisher would contact me with in 24 hrs, to let me know when my CD would be sent to me and i have not heard from them .since .
This is a total ripoff if you ask me they put the monkey on some one elses back instead of sending me my mmerchandise This was ordered June 13th and it says i have till July 13th to download the service now that I don't have the CD how am igoing to download before the time is up, and to take longer u have to pay a fee I think they ripped me off as i got a statement from Paypal saying they sent the money to them that next day. so I guess I am out 64.95 of hard earned money and i am on a fixed income, so buyer beware of element 5
