This was the first FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD CHARGE to show up on my credit card statement. The credit card info was a database steal, not the actual physical credit card. I thought another family member made a charge while traveling in Europe; turns out the rest of the fraud started 20 days later;from a Google search, enough people have had this fraudulent charge, how is it that they (whoever they are) are still getting away with it? While this may be a legitimate business website, the fraud perpetrators are using it, and from the looks of it, perhaps to do a credit report search or other. The credit card companies should use this website as a red flag for possible fraud, as should the unsuspecting consumer.

I thought I might pass along info regarding Element5 which you may or may not find helpful in your situation. AVG software (sold by Grisoft Company) bills through the name of Element5 when billing to the credit card. I use their antivirus software, and have been a customer of theirs for a while. Their website is www.grisoft.com. Someone may have used your credit card falsely to download software from their website. Or someone in your family actually bought software from them, and didn't recognize the name. I thought this extra information might help you research your problem further.
