Element5 Info Unauthorized charges on credit card Internet
We had two charges on our credit card listed as DRI WWW ELEMENT5 INFO both were on the same date and for the same amount. We did not initiate these charges. There are only two authorized user of the credit card and they didn't authorize charges from this company. There isn't a city, state or phone number to contact them.
After googling them we found out that they are known for unauthorized charges. We have written a letter to the credit card company disputing the charges under Federal Regulation E, and are waiting to hear back from the credit card company.
