Elements 5 Faulty charge to credit card Germany Internet
I was called by Citi Card and told there was a suspected fraudulant charge made to my account of $1.99.00 by this company, and they suspected it was fraud...they did not specify why.
I immediately cancelled the card, and filed out forms their secutity department sent me...they lost the first two, and received and confirmed the copies I faxed to them.
I received a third bill and the charge was found as valid...I have yet to be able to get them to show eveidence that I purchased anything from elements...I have asked for some sort of proof, as I have no recall of making the purchase,, but so far nothing. I'm supposed to be able to get some information from them nest week, but they wat the money now.
I guess my complaint is with Citi-Cards as well as Elements.
I realise that sometimes a purchase is made, and forgotton about, but I don'y think so, as hey contacted me brfore I ever recieved the bill.
I have no idea how it will come out.

Is it 'elements' - with the 's'

or is it just element5?
Element5 - with no 's' would be Lavasoft Adaware charges more than likely.
If it has the 's', it could be a scammer trying to piggyback the name. The phone number reveals some weird results when searched and could indeed be a scammer.
