Complaint Review: Elena E. Tsiprin

I totally disagree, she is professional in her job,she will never leave you, she did almost impossible thing for me, it was connected with immigration service, she didn't give up, she told that she will do that - she did, I lost my faith, she brought it to me again, I will recommend because she knows what she does. You know I can write a lot about that, the case was to get the permit to leave USA and the come back here again, before I found her, I get deny from USCIS, I THOUGHT THAT IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE,but she did it, she isn't the God,but she gave me faith and did her job excellent,thanks Elena, you are the best

The comment that Ms. Tspirin is anything but a qualified and dedicated attorney is completely opposite of my experiences with her.  

Earlier in 2014 my wife and I were in a dispute with the US Customs and Immigration Service regarding certain visa documents we had filed.  I had filed the visa documents myself and made an error which I could not resolve.  The error could have caused our children overseas to be separated from us for many months at the least.  We were referred to Elena Tspirin for assitance and we met with her at her Bellevue office. Ms. Tspirin helped us get an appointment with CIS in Seattle which at the time was difficult to do (they were not accepting office appointments).  Ms. Tspirin met my wife and I at 7:00 am at the CIS office.  Ms. Tspirin is professionally aquainted with CIS staff which we found to be a critical part of working with the agency. 

Our request at CIS was denied.  But, Ms. Tsprin would not accept 'no' as the answer.  She worked from one staff member to the manager above that.  Again our request was denied, but Ms. Tspirin would not quit.  Ms. Tsiprin said she would not leave CIS without a positve outcome for us.  A third meeting with Ms. Tspirin and an upper level manager resulted in my wife and I drafting a simple letter to CIS and our request that had been denied several times and for weeks prior was now suddenly approved! 

Ms. Tspirin is highly qualified and VERY tenacious. She is a very good attorney.  Hire her for your immigration issues and you will succeed.  Don't beleive anything else.

I am an ex employee of Elena Tsiprin and would like to comment on the allegations posed by someone who was not satisfied her. There is really only one reason why I am writing this: I believe that everyone who actually believes the allegations will be at a disadvantage because they will lose out on a wonderful attorney. Elena Tsiprin is the most amazing attorney, employer, and human being. She cares about every single one of the clients; she knows each one by name. I have worked for many attorneys in the past, and not one (not one) cared so much about every single one of their clients; if you awoke Ms. Tsiprin in the middle of the night she could recollect every detail of any one of her clients' file. When I worked for her, I personally would recieve phone calls from other attorneys asking Ms. Tsiprin for her input (every day). There is no credibility to the allegations made against her; she is the most honest and warm person in the world. I googled her name because I wanted to get in touch with her and found this comment; I could not stand by and let people believe it without responding. I have referred my family and closest friends to her. I have personally been an employee and a client of Ms. Tsiprin's and have found that she is the advocate that we all look for in an attorney. Please do not be gullible in believing one unsatisfied client (or maybe not even a client). You will not find a better attorney or person. I attest that this report is valid.

I understand your reluctance to give more details, but general complaints are not helpful to consumers. What type of law does this person practice? What did she do wrong? What should people watch for?
