I hired this realtor, Elena Falco of Downers Grove Illinois to list my house based on the extensive marketing plan she promised to implement. Of course, after I signed, there was no marketing done, and in fact I could seldom get her on the phone. Even after one month of listing she would not, or could not put a for sale sign in the yard. Lots of promises and no action if it requires her to spend money. She is the most unprofesional realtor I have ever met. Like so many, she just wanted to put it in MLS and hope someone would buy without having to spend anything. I had to fire her, but I lost a prime marketing month which meand I may have to keep the house another year. Think twice.

I posted the original complaint regarding this realtor. After a comprehensive discussion with her, I can see now her viewpoint and some considerations that I was not aware. Consequently I want to set the record straight and advise anyone reading this that I believe that if you hire Elena Falco to sell your property you will get a hard working and responsible agent. We had some lack of communication on my part, and I take full blame. She is a knowledgeable and hard working agent and I think you will be happy with the results as her sales record proves.
