Elephant Structures they said my carport would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks or sooner, now there saying 8-9 Internet
I ordered a carport from Elephant Structures, little did I that they don't even make or install them, they only sale them for Carolina Carports. I would have been better off to go a mile down the road from my house and have ordered one from the local pawn shop that sells them on the side, at least I would be able to talk to that guy if I had a problem.
When I ordered the carport they told me it would be deliverd in 4-6 weeks or sooner, It's now been 7. I called them and they gave me a number to call Carolina carports and talk to someone in scheduling. After being transfered and cut off a couple of times they put me on hold for 15 minutes while they looked for my order. When they finally came back they told me it would be another 2 weeks before it was installed. I told them to just cancel my order and refund my deposit.They told me I would have to call Elephant because they had the deposit.So I'm dealing with 2 different company's that now has me bounceing back and forth like a ping pong ball.
After calling Elephant Structures back and talking to a person named Samntha, she basicly said, to bad we can't refund your deposit you should have read the fine print and it doesn't matter what one of our rep's told you, the fine print says 8 weeks. Bottom line is, go to your local carport lot to purchase your metal carpot and don't with Elephant Structures it will save you a lot of stress.
