Complaint Review: Elephant Wireless

I can't believe how exact my complaint is to the others. They send you a cell phone with rotten reception, and then promise to work with you, then they send you a $4.00 sticker that claims to be an antenna booster, just to make sure that the next time you complain, you're out of the time period to return the phone.

They don't even have an address on their contract, so that no one can come in and scream at them in person! (Or go postal.)

I have loved the service I got from cingular directly, they have been wonderful, and I find it shameful that they even associate with these charlatans. I may take them to civil court. I think the others should too.
