Complaint Review: Elevate Life Church

My son is Special Needs and cannot sit on the floor area of the sanctuary. The middle section was roped off this past Sunday and when I asked that we be allowed to sit there I was told "We will open it later, this is something we are trying". ...."You can sit in the family section". I then asked where the family section was and apparently there is not one or the man could not tell me where it was. He eventually said he could "only open up the first three rows". I explained that my son was Special Needs and the man said "Well we have a handicapped section". I explained that my son is not handicapped. He is Special Needs. There is a difference. In any case, Sorry, but I should be able to sit wherever I want in church and especially since I have a son with Special Needs, I should be able to chose a seat that best accomodates him. He was extremely rude and huffed and puffed. He was EXTREMELY insensitive. I can't see how this could be legal either.
