Elgin Toyota staff lied to us abouut special financing options,gave us a trade in price and refused provide final numbers on the sales price. After we told them without a firm price we would not commit. The sale person we were dealing then called the next day with a toyota 0% financing offer ,but said their investor would accept the trade value and offered 2000 less.
We made a much better deal at a toyota dealer 15 minutes away.
