As well as the others that are reporting being scammed, my husband also received a notice and a Lottery Payments Processing Form on 12/01/04 from Santa Lucia Security Company S.A. - His contact agent was Louis Pablo (Foreign operations manager for Santa Lucia's Security Company S.A.) Also, the contact phone numbers and fax numbers were different too. (Telephone # 0034-645-114-448 and the Fax# 0034-652-521-490)

This really upsets me to think people are out there scamming other people, trying to take our money from our bank accounts.

I also agree that all these frauds must end, and that more people should report them.

I am so glad that I researched on-line and was able to find this information, before I was scammed.
