Complaint Review: Elgordo Loteria Primitiva

I received a letter in the mail asking me to return it with certain bank information of my accounts. The letter indicated I won a sum of $815,960.00 in one lump sum and have a chance at an additional 1.3 billion that will be awarded next year. I was at first skeptical, so I came to this website (badbusinessbureau.com) and looked up this company, Elgordo Loteria Primitiva, from which the letter came from. This letter also came with no return address posted. Upon searching badbusiness bureau.com, I found other responses regarding Elgordo Loteria Primitiva to be a scam and advising me to not return any info to the sender.
