They are guilty of theft and fraud. Since this is done across state lines, it seems the FBI should be involved.
Same problem except I paid $89.00 for my "website" in August 2005. A website that doesn't even exist. When I refused to pay for their advertising "help" my website was shut down.

Ripoff is too nice a woprd for what these people are doing. Call a spade a spade and a crook a crook. Bring on the lawsuits!!!

Eli Weldon-Just another SCAM!

I was just contacted with a "Get Rich Quick" scam. The cretin that called must have had a bad day (or I caused it,) because each time I disagreed with or challenged him, he got angrier and angrier. He ended up cursing at me and calling me names, at which time all of my doubts and suspicions were proven correct. Perhaps I am just a little older or not as needy for income as others, but I saw this scam immediately. When someone falls prey to one of these idiots, the victim has to assume as much responsibility for their grief as the perp. THINK! When a total stranger contacts you, and wants to give you something, or do something wonderful for you, unless Christ has come back, it is just another SCAM! These cons make a lot of money, don't be their fool.

They obviously don't know how to earn an honest dollar, and assume you can't either. To repeat an old adage, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!" There is only one real way to make money, and that is to provide a product or service to others. If it is a desirable and legitimate product or service, you will never fall for another scam, as you will have as much money as you want. If you have already been the target of an Eli Weldon scam, dispute the charges with your credit card company, as that will hurt them.

If enough people dispute Weldon's charges, he will lose, and not be able again to get a merchant account to bill credit cards. When you are done ruining his day, remember this, "Your success in life is proportionate to the service in which you give others." Knowing (and using) this, money will be very easy to obtain, and you will never again have to know the shame and pain of being "HAD" by another Eli Weldon flunky. After all, if their con was making money, they wouldn't be hassling you for $89 would they?

Carol
There are so many companies out there just like this one. They are all trained to read scripts and record each call to cover their own. they know the right words to say to you to make you think this system will work just like the rest of them. They have words they can and can not say in order to incriminate themselves. All advertising is non-refundable in most companies, however the advertising they are doing for you doesnt cost nearly as much as they charge you, they get their advertising at an inexpensive rate because its cheap advertising, in turn you wont get a response, in turn you will spend more money to advertise, its all a cycle.Needless to say, do not beleive that these people can make you rich because we all know thats not possible to make so much money on a product that the next Joe Schmoe has the exact same one.

I can suggest that you charge back your credit card and continue to charge back hopefully sending them into the negative to lose their merchant account.Be smarter then them and dont fall for their one liner good sales pitch that gets perfected after each customer! And be ware, there are tons of companies just like these ones, carbon copies of the get rich quick scheme, dont fall for any of them. The employees that work at these shady places are usually on drugs or abuse something of some kind, they are degenerates trying to make money the easiest and fastes way without having to really work at it. Dont think these people are professional or have class in any way because they dont or they wouldnt be brain washed into thinking what they do to innocent nieve people is legitimate and ok. Save yourself the headache and dont quit your day job!

After a series of out and out lies we feel that as a company we must reply to the erroneous blogs posted on this website.

Joe of Minn. MN was refunded his $89.00 no questions asked as soon as he called in.(2 days before his erroneous blog) He fails to mention that. His conversation was recorded and he took down the wrong phone number. It was given to him correctly. He took down the name of his contact incorrectly as well. Perhaps he should listen better.

Carol of Everett Washington has a site that is up and running. If there were a problem with her site she could have called in and we would do whatever needed to be done if in fact her site was not up and running. Our records indicate no call from Carol. We check our client sites often and provide excellent customer service.

Tim of Savannah Texas purchased fully produced custom made commercials for his business. We are a production company that specializes in Radio and TV commercials. Very few companies will refund custom made items with a business name on them that a customer approves. We have never told any one and will never tell any one that we will run their commercials for them. We did not tell Tim that. Even our invoices state that we do not run the commercials and that it is the total responsibility of the client. Our invoices also state that there is no refund for TV / Radio commercials that we make. Tim was aware of that even before he purchased his commercials. We did what Tim asked us to do. After we go into full production , custom make the commercials that he ordered, ship the commercials to him in perfect working order, and pay the techs for their work, we have fulfilled our commitment to his purchase. Should the company lose money that they received for fulfilling a customer's custom purchase at the customers request when everything was done correctly?

Andrew of Chicago IL. makes no sense therefore it is difficult to respond to his blog. Advertising is just that. It is a way to get your name out. No one has to buy from us or any newspaper that they contact.

We are a solid production company that does great production work and we do our very best to make all of our clients happy. We appreciate the opportunity to tell our side of their incorrect stories.

We maintain a strong commitment to customer service and to our clients. As a company we are more than willing to help the clients on this website with anything that we can.

Our toll free phone numbers are: 877-393-5366 and 888-776-9768. We welcome the opportunity to speak with any one and to answer any questions they may have.
