On 9/8 I ordered a Peyton jacket online from Elie Tahari & charged it to my Visa card.  It was delivered to my mailbox at 12:15 & I did not want it.  I did not open the box, but called one of the many phone answerers at 1-800-854-5491.  He told me to return the box to the post office with Retiurn to Sender on it.  At 12:30 I took the box to UPS & they said their mail pick-up was later in the day.  I asked if I needed any paper work & was told no.

I have paid $334.85 for a jacket I never saw & was given misinformation by everyone I spoke to.  This company is inaccessible & unaccountable in every way.  So called customer service stone walls or is unavailable.  The corporate office neither answers or returns calls.  I'm  sure some happy employee in New Jersey or Cincinnati  is wearing the jacket I paid for.

On 10/1 I received an email thanking me for my order asking for feedback, but there was no adequate to express my experience.  I rarely order online and even more rarely return something, but I will never try dealing with the black hole that is Elie Tahari again.
