A sales team representing this company approached my business offering marketing and sales (POS) solutions. After an arduous amount of time I decided to sign up with them. All I received was lies by the sales people which they had to recant and offer apologies. They where to pay off both my old POS machines, they didnt.
They misrepresented the product and its functionality. They promised unlimited reciept paper, never got it. They offered a monthly payment figure which was wrong, I can’t tell you how many lies these people told me. Untimetly the teo man sales team was eager to earn my business and I gave it to them.
I bear responsibility for singing on with these people. I can’t help think others should beware of this group. The software and hardware are glitchy at best, the reporting features are non-existent, the customer loyalty program doesn’t work properly either. It’s a hustle but I was much happier with my Clover setup which now sits in a box (2) and I still pay on them. Just avoid these people, you sign so many contracts that hey probable are safe legally but they are highly un-reliable.
They made me carry an extra insurance rider on their system, what I expect to be a maximum of $2000.00 worth of equipment for $7000.00. These guys are the reason Credit Card Processing services get such a bad reputation among business owners.
