I ran this dealership for a month and had enough of Andys lies and deception and lies. Several customers he had sold previously contacted me throughout my tenure and described similar very disturbing dealings with him.

I attempted to rectify them with Andy but was met with indifference, anger, defiance and then blamed several people, none of whom that had anything to do with any of the messes he created.

One of many examples:

2008 F250 was sold to a Sgt. in the Army. He had to report to a different base and wanted more reliable transportation. He traded his truck in and brought a check from USAA for the difference.

Before he took delivery, he noticed a check engine light was on and was assured they would "Take care of it." On the way home, it came back on and the truck ran terribly.

He brought it back the next day. Andy told him he would have to PAY HIM $4000 IN CASH ONLY to unwind the deal and return his trade in to him back.                            The Sgt. needed to report to the base immediately so he gave Andy the $4000 to get his original truck back!!

4 DAYS LATER without fixing it ANDY SOLD IT AGAIN to another customer!

If you're keeping track, he sold the same bad truck to two people with 4 days and was paid twice PLUS the Sgt.'s $4,000 and did not pay off the original loan to USAA!

To make matters worse, he DID NOT PAYOFF the Sgt.s loan and the Sgt. had to MAKE THE PAYMENT on the truck when it was sold and paid for by someone else!!

The Sgt is being deployed in 10 days, and due to Andys indignation and indifference, he will be fighting for our country while having truck payments automatically withdrawn from his bank account for a bad truck Elite Auto Group and Andy Awadallah were paid for by someone else.

As of this writing, it's been three months without any resolution and the truck is back on Elite Auto Groups lot with the promise to the second buyer that Andy will fix it.

He was told by a rep of Elite that Andy might backdate a warranty to have them pay for the repair or he would pay 1/2 of the repair and asked the customer to pay the other 1/2!

The truck was towed into Elite and for three weeks the customer tried to get a status on the truck and no one would give him an answer nor call him back.

I've heard a lot of crazy things about bad business, but for Andy Awadallah to get paid twice in 4 days for the same bad truck plus $4,000 (From a member of the Armed Forces no less) but this has to be the worst.
